Diamonds Over Georgia is a fundraiser benefitting The Four Diamonds Fund and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. It will be held on Friday, February 6th from 8 pm until midnight at The Atlanta Woman's Club. Diamonds Over Georgia will feature a raffle, food, drinks, dancing, and a live auction. Cocktail attire is required. Entertainment will be provided by Mike's Mobile DJ and Carriage House Catering will be serving heavy hors d'oeuvres. Drinks will feature beer by Yuengling, wine, and an open bar with a limited selection of liquor and mixers.
All proceeds from Diamonds Over Georgia will go directly to Children's Helthcare of Atlanta and the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon which supports the Four Diamonds Fund. The Four Diamonds Fund financially assists families with children who have been diagnosed with cancer for treatment costs, additional expenses not covered by insurance, and start-up grants for the Four Diamonds Pediatric Cancer Research Institute.
Advance tickets through 12/31/2008 are $60 per person, beginning 1/1/2009 the price increases to $75 per person, and tickets purchased at the door will cost $90 per person. All Penn State Atlanta club members will receive $5 in free raffle tickets. Be sure to purchase in advance... space is limited to 250 people. Tickets can be purchased online here.
